Meditation and marijuana : the essential guide

Meditation helps to reduce stress and anxiety while also improving overall health. Marijuana also enables you to reduce stress and anxiety. So, is there a relationship between cannabis and meditation? You bet ya! Meditating while high can help you to reach a much higher state of meditation and also make your high much more effective. The strain you use and method of consumption will also change your meditation experience.

Meditation and marijuana go together so well. Each one compliments the other and creates an environment of peace, calmness, and just all around good vibes. Some religious sects like the Buddhists and the Shaivites have introduced cannabis into their meditation rituals. They believe that there is a relationship between both that can bring about increased awareness.


Both marijuana and meditation have been found to be helpful in treating depression and anxiety while working together to reduce physical pain and inflammation. Many people see the benefits of combining cannabis and meditation together. I suffer from lupus and fibromyalgia as well as depression and anxiety and I find meditation and marijuana very beneficial for reducing my symptoms and improving my mood.
